In the year 1996 six University teachers and two research scientists
carried out their research at the Biochemistry Section. In addition,
over sixteen research assistants and students were employed for longer and
shorter periods of time during 1996.
The research efforts in the Biochemistry Subdivison include projects in the
following fields: biochemistry, biotechnology, clinical chemistry, food
chemistry and nutrition.
