William Stier was awarded the Petroleum Research Fund Alternative Energy Fellowship to investigate light metal alloys as Hydrogen storage materials with Professor Hannes Jónsson at the University of Washington . William is currently working on that project in collaboration with scientists in both Denmark and the United States, as well as here in Iceland at the Hydrogen Research Institute.
